Agenda - Historians' Roundtable - June 18, 2011
Meeting starts at 10:00 sharp at Evesham Library, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton
I you have not yet registered, click here - and you must indicate whether you accept the invitation of the Evesham Historical Society for light lunch at the historic Inskeep House at 10 Madison Court.
(For this meeting we will forego the round-robin introductions until the completion of major business, time permitting).
1. History Faire at the County Fair - Burlington County Fairgrounds - July 20-23 - Joe Laufer and Dick Toone
- a. Concept and Objectives
- b. Logistics (exhibitor passes; special parking area; location of our tents; set-up days and times)
- c. Exhibits - literature - personnel - programs and presentations - re-enactors
- d. Registration: Form indicating your participation, support needs; nature of exhibt/program (click here for copy of history faire exhibitor form).
- e. Schedule - days on which your organization will help staff our tents and your tables.
2. Topics and Professionals for Fall Programs (Roundtable presentations by professionals and consultants)

3. Dates and Venues for Fall Series (Subject to change pending our discussion)
